Utilizing SmithGroup Systems, our case management system allows our investigators and clients 24 hour a day status updates and video access.  This allows enhanced communication capabilities with our clients in order to provide timely surveillance updates and results.

Upon receipt of an assignment, our highly skilled and experienced management team will establish and maintain direct communication to develop a strategic surveillance action plan and a thorough prelim work-up to assist the field investigator in making informed decisions.

Our investigators are required to electronically submit their summarized field updates on the date of service, thus allowing the client immediate access to our findings.  The final evidence (report and video) are reviewed by our Quality Assurance team and management for accuracy and client objectives completion.
